Oolong Tea
Oolong TeaĀ or Wulong / Black Dragon (ä¹é¾) is partially oxidised to produce a varying taste and aroma profile. Less oxidisation results in slightly sweet, floral aromas and lower caffeine content. Higher oxidisation results in more fruity,Ā woody and even caramelised notes, as well as a relatively higher caffeine content. Oolong is the most popular tea in Asia, believed to aid digestion and weight management.
